Ultimate Harry Potter Bucket List

Tuesday, 13 June 2017

Throughout my childhood, reading was never a go to activity as playing outside or watching the newest episode of H2O were my priorities. Younger me would watch the odd Harry Potter film as it was simply unavoidable, but the same way girls had germs books were for nerds.

Now, this is not an autobiography, as quite frankly my life is far too boring, but thankfully as puberty cast a spell over me I started to read books. Now at the age of 17, I finally decided to read the Harry Potter books after watching all the films. Where has this been my whole life?

The world of the Harry Potter books by JK. Rowling has left me drinking an Amortentia potion. So as any fan would, I've decided to explore the dark alleys of the fandom and find out my own wizardry bucket list.

  • Theme parks
I would love to visit the making of Harry Potter studios, although I've been as a muggle, it would be so much more wonderful to have a second visit. Also, Universal Studios in America as that would be truly magnificent, bringing the magic to life in front of future my very own eyes would be a once in a lifetime experience.
  • Drink a cup of butterbeer
Who wouldn't want to have a Sip?
  • Visit the Film set
Wouldn't it be awesome to see the real Hogwarts? I wish to visit all the locations of the films even If it would mean long plane rides to different countries. Also, it would make an awesome travel blog post!
  • Play Quidditch
Before you question it, Yes it is a real sport! From what I've seen it seems rather goofy and a splash of imagination is required but imagine a huge game of dodgeball while chasing a man dressed in fully yellow clothing. It would be so much fun, especially if you had a drink or two...

There you have my own personal Harry Potter bucket list. Are you a fan of the franchise? Maybe you're a muggle but I still accept you with open arms to follow my site.

P.s This is a rather unusual type of post but it was incredibly fun to write!
